01
What does an Ascend membership give me?
An Ascend membership gives you ongoing access to a dedicated, human travel team that manages flights, hotels, and ground travel end-to-end—entirely via WhatsApp.
You can use the service as often as you like, without per-booking fees, and without switching between apps, portals, or vendors.
Ascend commits to a consistently high service standard—thoughtful sourcing, proactive coordination, and continuous monitoring—so your travel is handled with precision, minimal friction, and strong value across every trip.
02
What’s included with membership?
Membership includes full, end-to-end travel management including:
- Flight booking and management
- Hotels, Villas, and Accommodations
- Ground transportation (car service + rentals)
- Private Aviation
- Real-time + proactive travel disruption alerts and solutions
- Full Support with pet and special item travel
- Exclusive Packages for High-End Events like the Super Bowl, The Masters, and Wimbledon
- Last-minute travel emergencies
The experience is continuous — your preferences, context, and history carry forward from trip to trip.
03
How should I think about return on the membership?
Most members experience value in two ways: measurable savings and meaningful time reclaimed.
Across our member base, travelers average approximately 35% savings on premium travel spend, and 82% recoup the cost of an annual membership within their first two trips. Savings tend to be strongest on premium cabins, premium hotels, suites, complex itineraries, and time-sensitive travel.
Even when pricing is close to market, members continue to rely on Ascend for speed, reliability, and the peace of mind that comes from having travel actively managed rather than passively booked.
04
How do I know if Ascend is a good fit for how I travel?
Ascend is particularly well suited for travelers who value time, consistency, and delegation.
Members tend to get the most leverage when they travel frequently, book premium cabins or hotels, manage complex or last-minute itineraries, or simply prefer not to spend mental energy coordinating travel.
Many members continue using Ascend even for straightforward trips because the service removes follow-ups, handles changes automatically, and ensures someone is always paying attention.
05
What does “unlimited trips” mean in practice?
There is no per-trip pricing, usage counter, or throttling. You can book as frequently as you need.
Ascend is staffed for responsiveness rather than volume caps. As your preferences are learned, requests typically become faster and lighter to handle over time — allowing the service to scale without compromising quality.
06
How does this work if I have an EA or team supporting me?
Ascend is designed to work seamlessly with EAs, chiefs of staff, and finance teams.
You can designate an EA as the primary point of contact, define approval rules, and decide exactly when (and if) you’re looped in. Your EA can move quickly on routine decisions, while Ascend handles coordination, follow-ups, and rework behind the scenes.
The result is fewer interruptions for you, and significantly more leverage for your EA.
07
How do you capture preferences so I don’t have to repeat myself?
Onboarding is designed to establish a long-term preference baseline, not rush you through a checklist.
We take the time to understand how you travel—airlines, hotels, seating, schedules, dietary needs, delegates, payment setup, and any policy constraints. Once captured, these preferences guide every future trip.
The promise isn’t that onboarding is fast—it’s that after onboarding, you never have to explain yourself again.
08
Can I use Ascend for both personal and professional travel?
Yes. One membership covers all of your travel—business, personal, and family-related.
There’s no need to separate accounts or change how the service works depending on the context of the trip.
09
Can Ascend support my family or people traveling with me?
Yes. Ascend can manage premium flights and hotels for anyone traveling with you, as well as immediate family members traveling separately.
Additional arrangements—such as economy travel or ground transport for friends or extended family—can be handled upon request, with clear pricing surfaced in advance.
10
What membership options are available?
Ascend offers two membership paths:
Individual — Available at $300 per month or $2,500 per year, for frequent travelers who want predictable pricing and full access to the concierge experience.
Enterprise — Custom memberships for teams, funds, and family offices. Enterprise plans can include multi-user access, centralized billing and reporting, seat management, and dedicated account support, tailored to each organization’s travel patterns and operational needs.
If you’re evaluating Ascend for a group or organization, we recommend reaching out so we can design a setup that fits how your team actually travels.
11
Can my membership be shared or transferred?
Individual memberships cannot be transferred but transferring seats amongst enterprise plans is possible, just 30 days notice is needed.
Please contact us if you’re interested in exploring an enterprise plan.
12
Can I experience the service before fully committing?
Yes. Approved applicants receive a complimentary booking so you can experience the service firsthand before making a longer-term decision.
We prefer to demonstrate the experience rather than sell it abstractly.
13
How do you handle privacy and sensitive travel?
Discretion is the default.
We collect only what’s needed to manage your travel, and access can be scoped by role—EAs, travelers, and finance teams see only what’s relevant to them. Ascend regularly supports executives, public figures, and senior leadership teams where confidentiality is non-negotiable.
14
Are there any fees beyond the membership?
In most cases, no—Ascend does not charge booking, service, or change fees.
In a small number of edge cases (such as certain low-cost carriers or complex changes on heavily discounted premium fares), additional handling costs may apply. When they do, they’re surfaced clearly in advance.

Ascend is for you if you:
Travel frequently
Value reliability, precision and speed
Prefer real humans over apps or call centres
Expect issues to be solved before you know they exist

Ascend isn’t for you if you:
Travel infrequently
Enjoy interacting with airlines directly
Prefer self-search and portals to humans
01
Can Ascend work with all airlines?
Yes. Ascend can book and manage travel across virtually all major global airlines and routes.
The concierge team is not constrained to a single booking system or inventory source, which allows them to prioritize what best fits the trip rather than what’s easiest to issue.
02
What about my airline status, upgrades, and miles?
Your loyalty matters.
You can share frequent flyer numbers and status details, and Ascend will prioritize options that preserve benefits and upgrade eligibility where possible. When choices affect mileage accrual or upgrade priority, those trade-offs are surfaced in advance so you can decide intentionally.
03
How does Ascend work with hotels?
Ascend can source and book nearly any hotel globally, including specific properties or room categories you prefer.
Ascend is also often able to secure strong value on hotels—particularly at premium properties or on suites—through a combination of negotiated rates, preferred relationships, and flexible sourcing. As with flights, the focus is on overall trip value, not just headline price.
The concierge team manages requests such as room type, arrival timing, and special considerations directly with the property, handling the coordination and follow-through on your behalf.
04
Can Ascend manage complex or multi-leg itineraries?
Yes—this is a core strength.
Ascend regularly handles one-way, multi-city, international, and time-sensitive itineraries. Rather than treating each segment independently, the concierge team considers the trip as a whole—connections, buffers, arrival times, and downstream implications—so the itinerary works in practice, not just on paper.
05
How does Ascend typically create savings on premium travel?
Ascend looks for value across the entire structure of a trip, not just the headline fare.
Depending on the route and timing, this can include identifying upgrade paths where economy or premium economy tickets convert into business or first class at a lower net cost, accessing negotiated or unpublished fares, structuring itineraries creatively, or optimizing how and where tickets are issued.
Similar sourcing approaches are often applied to hotels as well, particularly for longer stays or higher-end properties. When pricing improvements are limited, the concierge team still optimizes for schedule, comfort, and loyalty outcomes.
06
Are these savings predictable, or does it depend on how I travel?
Savings are not uniform, but they are patterned.
They tend to be more likely when travelers book premium cabins, stay at higher-end hotels, reserve suites rather than standard rooms, travel on shorter notice, or book one-way or multi-city itineraries. These scenarios introduce more variance—and therefore more opportunity for thoughtful sourcing.
Your concierge team sets expectations accordingly for each trip.
07
How is Ascend able to see options others miss?
Ascend is not limited to a single platform, fare type, or inventory source.
Concierges combine experience with systems that surface opportunities across upgrade availability, fare construction, point-of-sale differences, supplier relationships, and timing. Each itinerary is assessed individually rather than treated as a standard search-and-book transaction.
08
How does Ascend balance price with comfort, schedule, and loyalty?
Price is one input, not the only one.
Ascend prioritizes options that preserve comfort, routing quality, and loyalty benefits whenever possible. When a lower-priced option introduces a trade-off—such as reduced mileage accrual or flexibility—that context is shared clearly so decisions are deliberate rather than reactive.
09
What exactly happens when I message Ascend?
You send a message—anything from “I need to be in Paris Tuesday morning” to “this flight just cancelled.”
Your concierge team takes responsibility for the entire task: researching options, coordinating components, handling follow-ups, and returning with either a short set of recommendations or a resolved outcome. You don’t manage vendors, tabs, or handoffs—Ascend owns the workflow end to end.
10
How does Ascend decide what options to show me?
Ascend operates on curation, not exhaustiveness.
Your concierge filters options based on your established preferences—schedule, cabin, comfort, loyalty status, routing tolerance, and overall trip flow—then presents a small number of viable choices. When trade-offs exist, they’re explained clearly so you can decide quickly without second-guessing.
11
How does Ascend handle changes and disruptions?
Trips are actively monitored.
When a schedule change, delay, or cancellation occurs, Ascend identifies alternatives and either takes action within your established preferences or presents the best options immediately if approval is needed. The intent is to resolve issues before they ripple across the rest of the trip.
12
If a flight changes, does Ascend adjust the rest of the trip?
Yes.
Flight changes trigger downstream coordination across hotels and ground transport so the itinerary remains aligned. How this happens follows your onboarding profile: if you’ve asked Ascend to act on your behalf within defined parameters—such as a preferred hotel tier or price range—the team will handle changes automatically. If you prefer to review options, your concierge will present clear alternatives for approval.
The goal is to match action to your decision style without unnecessary back-and-forth.
13
How does technology factor into all of this?
Technology supports the concierge team behind the scenes.
Internal systems help maintain context across trips, surface opportunities, and reduce manual work. From the traveler’s perspective, the experience remains human and accountable—decisions are made by people, with technology improving speed and consistency.
14
Does Ascend charge service or booking fees?
In most cases, no.
Ascend does not charge routine booking, service, change, or cancellation fees. In a small number of edge cases—such as certain low-cost carriers or complex changes on heavily discounted premium fares—additional handling costs may apply and are surfaced clearly in advance.
15
Who typically relies on Ascend?
Ascend works with travelers who value reliability, discretion, and time over micromanagement.
This includes founders, executives, investors, creatives, and leadership teams—some traveling constantly, others less often, but all wanting confidence that when they do travel, it’s handled properly.
16
What should I expect in urgent or off-hours situations?
Ascend operates around the clock.
Urgent matters are addressed immediately. For more complex requests, you’ll receive a prompt acknowledgment and a clear timeline for next steps, with updates along the way so you’re never guessing what’s happening.
